do you need AT&T enterprise data plan to use Moxier active sync?

Hi,

  AT&T provides an app called 'work e-mail' that supports active sync connections.  But you have to buy their 'Enterprise' data plan to be able to use it.  If I purchase Moxier, will I still need the Enterprise data plan?

Im running Moxier Mail on a Samsung Captivate with AT&T. Im currently using the grandfathered, $30/month unlimited data plan (non-corporate).
