Setting up Samsung Moment with MS Hosted Exchange

I just got a Samsung Moment cell phone. I set up my gmail account very easily, but cannot get my work email acct setup. I am using Exchange Server 2007 hosted at Godaddy. I have entered the following info:
Email address: gary@carolinahomesonline.com
User ID: gary (this seems to be the default, but not sure this is correct)
PW: entered my email password
Domain: left blank
Server: mail.ex1.secureserver.net
Checked the box: Use SSL
Msg I get is - "Please confirm your ID/password/domain. (401)
Neither Sprint nor Godaddy has been able to help me out. Seeking advice in a big way - Thank you in advance.....

Problem solved. If Godaddy is the host, the User Id must be the full email address.
Contacts on the Host Exchange server (Godaddy) are sync'ed, but one problem. All contacts on the Samsung are listed alphabetically by first name. I need them sorted by last name like they are on the Exchange server - any thoughts??
