Hi,
I have a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 phone and I am using the moxier sync to synchronize with my corporate network in order to be able to get my corporate e-mails but after I put the server name and hit the arrow > to continue, I always get the following server message:
"Please provide detailed server information.(410)"
I am pretty sure the server information I am putting in is correct as I verified with my company's IT helpdesk people for this.
I was told that I need activesync but doesn't the moxier software has an exchange activesync as well?
Could you please help?
Thanks.
Joe.

Hi!
Have a X10 and Exchange 2010. I can sync my X10 with my account on the exchange server.
Do you have an Administrator account or normal user account on exchange? If you have an administrator account it won't work.
regards
I have the same problem Please help. I'm using the HTC Evo from Sprint.
Hi, as I said earlier on an other thread, this is not Moxier problem or something that Moxier people can solve. Your error message is due to miss-configured exchange server. Ask your Exchange administrator to:
1. Check that you belong to the mobile users group
2. Make sure your SSL is valid and good for exchange server
3. There is no mix up between .net installed on server .
Below is a list of resources that your admin must look into (copy paste from our IT ticketing system):
Issue is partially resolved, the https://<mailserver>/oma is working now, and the ActiveSync? is tested on iPhone, Android and Maemo OS.

There are still few problems have to look at.
1.The OMA VD's ASP.NET version will be changed to 2.0 automaticlly ever time after Exchange Server restarted, and this will cause the ttps://<mailserver>/oma down. Have to manually change the ASP.NET version back to 1.1.
2.The public folder can not be displayed in ActiveSycn?.
3.Blackberry can not use ActivSycn?, have to find a solution for him.
Kind Regards
