keep receiving the following error message: "The device was wiped remotely. To sync with Microsoft Exchange, you must remove this device from the list in the Mobile Options page (-7)".
I looked this up on Moxier's website and they answered the following: "This error message appears when the remote wipe data feature is enabled. Once enabled, you'll need to disable it in order to stop the error message from appearing. Please follow the instructions below to disable this feature: OWA (Outlook web access) >> Settings >> Mobile device >> 'Remove device from list' (select the device that the remote wipe data feature is enabled in)."
The problem I have is that I can't seem to find where I can get into the OWA settings. Can anyone please help? Thanks!

Same issue here. Did you find out how to fix??
If I am locked into my OWA mailbox, I have "Options" in the right upper corner. After I click on this I have a menu tree on the left side where my email tree was before. In the tree is one option "Mobile devices" which opens on overview with options 1) remove device from list 2) clear all data on device and 3) show recovery keyword. I think you are searching for 1) ?!
its "logged into" not "locked" ;-)
Thanks for the reply Matt.
We are using Exchange 2003 and OWA does not have this option in '03. I was able to install a mobile device management tool on our front end mail server. This would allow me to clear data on the device or to break the device and user account binding. When I ran it though I found no device tied to the account.
We found out issue was the Exchang Servers group did not have the correct permissions on the account. I don't have those details at the moment, another team member discovered that. I will post the permission changes we needed to make.
and my company are using Exchange 2003, so does not have option exactly the same as Lemke siad....
