This problem will occur if you sign up for a Premium Subscription using a different email address than the one you use to login to Moxier.com. Thus, please use the same email address when purchasing our Premium Subscription as you use to login to Moxier.com. If you accidentally sign up for a Premium Subscription with a different email address, please submit a Support Ticket and inform us which email address to transfer your account to. Also note the email address you used to set up your Premium Subscription. Thank you, The Moxier Wallet Team.

how do i purchase a premium account?

There are several ways to purchase our Premium Subscription. If you are using Moxier Wallet for Macs or Windows PC, go to our Premium Subscription web page and follow the instructions online: http://www.moxier.com/wallet/purchase/. If you are using Moxier Wallet for iPhones or iPod touches, we now have a handy in-app purchase feature (v 1.51). From the "Lists" page, click on the "Buy Premium Now" button at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions.
